Job Description Summary

As a member of the Boiler Parts – Product Administration Team, you will be an active contributor to the delivery of replacement parts and services that will help a customer maintain and operate their boiler safely. This role will require you to collaborate with a fast-paced, cross functional, multi-product team to process and drive the successful execution of parts orders to the customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Execute the Order to Remittance (OTR) process for standard boiler parts, facilitating communication between supplier, buyer, and internal commercial team, and following orders through to completion utilizing established processes and procedures. 
·  Develop standard quotations/proposals in response to customer requests utilizing established processes, procedures, and the experience of existing staff. 
·  Handles multiple customer requirements simultaneously. Selects appropriate communication method to fit the situation. Is tactful in dealing with customers and suppliers. Able to gain cooperation from other teams to fulfill customer requirements. 
·  Review and confirm customer purchase order requirements, understanding and clarifying their needs. Work with other internal team members to confirm job scope. 
·  Act as a point of contact for any order management related problems. 
·  Supports commercial team to follow up on open opportunities and provide competitive feedback.  
·  Builds rapport with customers and suppliers. Some travel to customer sites and supplier shops.

Required Qualifications

·  A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a focus on STEM or Business; OR (Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college with a focus on STEM or Business with at least 2 years of experience in technical sales & services or technical customer service; OR A high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in experience in technical sales & services or technical customer service) 
·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in power or industrial sales & services or customer service

Desired Characteristics

·  Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platform (proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote.  SharePoint experience a plus) 
·  SAP Experience/Proficiency
·  Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills that allows you to achieve cooperation and reach agreement with customers and internal departments 
·  Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
·  Strong problem-solving skills 
·  Aptitude and experience to manage milestones on multiple projects simultaneously 
·  Possess good time management skills and work with little supervision 
·  Knowledge of Incoterms, market pricing, maintaining target product margins 
·  Application of LEAN principles in a transactional environment 
·  Foreign language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) a plus 

The base pay range for this position is $72,400 - $90,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 5%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than May 10, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
