Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

·  Engage with customers to prepare competitive bids and negotiate terms autonomously.
·  Drive business growth by winning contracts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with contract commitments.
·  Prepare competitive and compliant tender submissions for high voltage Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations, along with Power Transformer services.
·  Execute the commercial operating plan for Pacific Services, ensuring margin and top-line growth.
·  Formulate and develop competitive proposals while managing operational and commercial risks in collaboration with Utilities, Generation companies, and Industries.
·  Ensure commercial terms align with GE guidelines, securing necessary management approvals.
·  Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (Salesforce) for precise sales planning.
·  Deliver monthly and quarterly business forecasts and meet growth KPIs.
·  Develop targeted sales strategies and manage support from specialized expertise.
·  Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build and maintain customer relationships and close deals.
·  Manage and motivate Channel Partners to achieve sales targets and enhance channel effectiveness

About you:

·  Electrical Engineer or possess an Electrical trade qualification.
·  Successful experience in Service Sales, Tendering, or Projects within Electrical High Voltage Products or related sectors.
·  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·  Understanding of the sales process from quotes to tendering.
·  Proven ability to develop winning proposals and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
·  Experience in Pacific markets is preferred but not essential.
·  Proficient in English, Dutch, and/or French.
·  You could be located in Switzerland, Benelux, Netherlands Or even Germany or France!
