Essential Responsibilities:
· Support preparation of S&OP review meeting operating rhythm, governance, minutes of meeting and action plan follow up to ensure meaningful review.
· Drive continuous improvement of S&OP process by ensuring order case are consistent across function & region and by driving regular back-testing.
· Stabilize S&OP data integrity by challenging sales team to perform regular update (execution date, scope, product, amount, segmentation (parts, maintenance & repair).
· Ensure load model consistency along with load drivers, productivity factor and direct connection with Standard Work.
· Support monthly S&OP review for service transactional: load model establishment when not available, provide free capacity available to Hydro Sales Manager, support indirect service supplier panel visibility and transfer function automation in digitalized tool.
· Support Make or Buy trade off by considering upcoming load for GE factories.
· Lead time review: Review the lead times bi-annual with Sourcing Team.
· Provide analysis of historical data to support the Sourcing team to take decisions of lead time change (real cycles based on historical data in comparison with current Standard Lead time).
· Drive the lead time reviews with Sourcing leaders (Global Commodity Leaders and Regional Leaders).
· Review the impact of changes and support actions plans when needed.
· Communicate appropriately the changes for functions involved.
· Support the reviews of BoM Templates and participate of Discussions to improve alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Site Installation.
· Review the BoM revision KPIs to found opportunities to improve.
· Support the management of Pre ECO/BoM Supply Chain Review Workflow.
Required Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
· Strong experience in Material Plan, S&OP, BoM and similar function
· Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
· Experience with complex formulas on Microsoft Excel and Power BI
· Ability to analyze and present data to senior leadership
· Previous experience working with international projects and standards is a plus
