Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join an established team, who will be responsible for the satisfaction of the customer and business objectives tied to the Dassault Falcon 10X program.
This is a key role within our Business Jet Portfolio, and an exciting opportunity to build a strong and lasting relationship with a new customer. We are in the development stage of the lifecycle, so there’s plenty of runway to define success for our contract!
In this role you will foster a “one team” approach to customer satisfaction and will lead a cross-functional team to deliver all contracted program deliverables, advocating for strong project governance, whilst driving opportunities to maintain or improve the business case.

Job Description
To support the success of the program, you will also:
· Manage the program throughout the product lifecycle, to maintain business/customer expectations through product management and program execution.
· Be accountable for the successful delivery of the program, delivering all contract performance related activities, tied to customer and program.
· Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
· Build a long-term relationship with the customer, understand the business structure, key stakeholders, decision makers and customer strategy.
· Drive performance including NPI milestones, On Time Delivery of both Original Equipment and Aftermarket services, profitability and design to cost activities.
· Work across the extended team to support readiness for manufacture, supply chain resilience and aftermarket services. Remove barriers to execution.
· Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues.
· Be responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
· Support development of financial plans including budget planning and strategy reviews.
· Drive compliance in all that we do.
· Incorporate best practice from existing programs and lessons learnt to ensure best in class program execution and that longer-term financial goals are met.
· Work in close collaboration with the FLIGHT DECK Team to drive LEAN methodologies into the operation of the program.
· Collaborate with business functions to ensure appropriate processes are incorporated into our strategy and executed, for example design for manufacture, design to cost and strategic sourcing.
· Contribute to product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations with business leads across GE.
Required Qualifications
· This role requires significant experience in Product & Program Management, ideally from an aerospace or other highly regulated business sector
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
· Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
· Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Desired Characteristics
· Experience in implementing FLIGHT DECK fundamentals advantageous (relative to internal applications only).
· Degree and/or Master's from an accredited university or college
