Job Description Summary
The Supplier Quality role will be directly related to developing and driving a supplier performance culture in a Project-based, transactional driven business. The candidate will participate in & lead supplier visits & qualification sessions, Root Cause Analyses, process improvements, training, and supplier performance reviews, with a focus on driving continuous improvement discussions and activities. This includes, for example, leading the analysis of process gaps, working through root cause analyses, simplification of processes, process improvements, eliminating waste, reducing cost, as well as standardizing and facilitating efficiency for optimization. This person will support a cross functional team (including tendering, engineering, project management, sourcing / procurement, logistics, quality, finance, quality and Lean) dedicated to executing the supplier performance roadmap to meet efficiency and milestone targets. The supplier management responsibility will focus on working with suppliers to drive improved performance through reviews and root cause analysis. This includes working directly with suppliers to ensure process adherence, resolve issues and ensure sustained improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Implement and/or support counter measures and actions for performance improvement
· Perform Quality and Continuous Improvement activities collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cost out and efficiency project deliverables (milestones, process improvements, etc.) are met in a timely manner
· Contribute to established targets with no compromise on product quality/compliance, supplier continuity, and efficiency and risk mitigations.
· Conducting supplier audits using a standard auditing template.
· Generate new improvement opportunities and help consolidate next cost-out action pipeline
· Support Partner and Supplier Qualification process.
· Ensure all product compliance requirements are properly addressed in quality package
· Prepare and Coordinate with Customer and Supply Chain quality Inspections as per ITP to obtain full approval and follow-up of punch points.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering bachelor’s degree from accredited school.
· Experience in Quality or Project Management in the turnkey projects environment (preferably in the energy industry)
· Technical / Hands-on Experience with Manufacturing of Transformers, Pre-Fabricated Buildings, Switchboard/Switchgear, Capacitors
· Fluent English
· Up to 50% travel can be required for this role
· Minimum of 4 years of supplier quality experience
· Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
· PMI or ASQ Certification

The base pay range for this position is 87,000.00 - 116,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This role is also eligible for a 10% variable incentive bonus.
