Responsible for designing, building, delivering and maintaining software applications & services Working in the areas of machine, cloud, platform and/or application. Responsible for software lifecycle including activities such as requirement analysis, documentation/procedures and implementation.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

· 
As Services Software Specialist in our Digital Implementation Services team, you will be responsible for working on software fulfilment projects from our end customer.

· 
Conducting solution assessments at customers with the purpose of defining customers planning needs and determining how the Planning software should be configured at the customer

· 
Activation of the Planning software at the customer, which includes configuring the software, education and training of the customer as well as go-live and hypercare.

· 
Participation in presales activities like customer visits and customer demos

· 
Planning and conducting service visits at Planning subscription customers

· 
Participation in 2nd line support tasks

· 
Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes and tools related to the activation of the planning software

Qualifications/Requirements:

· 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with basic experience.

Desired characteristics:

· 
Knowledge of planning software and planning strategies and logics; previous experience with ROB-EX planning software is a plus

· 
Knowledge of different ERP systems, and how planning systems and ERP Systems interact.

· 
Good language skills (especially English)

· 
Strong Industrial background

· 
Availability to travel up to 30%

Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.

· 
Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team.
