Job Description

- Support Quality team in Quality Assurance & Quality improvement programs/activities in manufacturing environment

- Get a chance to lead / co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence
- Learn industry quality tools, eg. problem solving methods, FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma,

- Learn on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools, conduct RCA and Quality Audits

- Support in product qualification package & drafting of work instructions

- Be exposed learn and execute Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business

- Learn and perform data collection and apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving

- Initiate Kaizen ideas & work with a team to implement the ideas

- Be exposed to power generation service/refurbishment processes & industry

- Be exposed to metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive Tests methods, calibration programs, manufacturing process controls, inspection technologies (as required)
