What impact you'll make

Join GE Vernova’s Lean Summer Experience Program, an immersive opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in lean methodologies and practices. As a participant, you will engage with industry experts, tackle real-world challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

·  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, studying a relevant engineering discipline in 7th - 9th semester.
·  You are authorized to work in Mexico.
·  Language skills: Advanced English
·  Availability: You can work at least 6h a day for 8 weeks starting June 1st at QTC location (El Refugio, QRO)
·  Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement.
·  Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
·  Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
·  Demonstrated interest in lean principles and continuous improvement.

·  Leadership Potential:  Experience leading projects or initiatives, showing potential for future leadership roles.

Additional notes:
