In this position you will focus on process and product quality improvement through data analysis, issue resolution including control the non-conforming process, root cause investigation, and providing technical training for inspectors

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

·  Develop and Maintain Quality Plan and Quality Control plan, CAV to manufacturing products complied to requirements and/or specification
·  Lead on root cause analysis for quality defects and/or quality findings
·  Supervise for implementation of corrective action and preventative action for process quality issues; Analyze failure, provide corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
·  Implement contract review, make deviation and clarification on contract technical specification with customer for project
·  Lead on pre-inspection meeting for each project & take care customer during they visit factory for witness inspection.
·  Develop and maintain metrics that defines the condition of the production process and Cost of poor quality.
·  Oversee internal processes such as NCR, Internal Audit, and others to ensure data accuracy, and process effectiveness including resulting corrective actions and performance metrics
·  Provide technical instruction to Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system, contract specifications.
·  Recognized and manage Risk’s Quality, making plan and implementation audit following the Quality Management system for continuous improvement quality product

Requirements

·  University degree or higher in mechanical engineering, or at least 03 years of experience working in a similar position.
·  Good listen & speak by english
·  CWI, CSWIP, NACE certification is preferred
·  Understand ISO 9001, Standard and Code (ASME, …).
