Job Description Summary

The Product Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for the piping design within the Product Piping team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide valuable inputs to the Product Definition Designer and oversee the review process of piping design packages.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

· 
Develop and design piping systems in accordance with project specifications and standards.

· 
Collaborate with the Product Definition (PDE) Designer to integrate piping design inputs effectively.

· 
Review and validate piping design packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

· 
Work closely with the Mechanical team to ensure seamless integration of piping designs with overall project objectives.

· 
Coordinate with Project Engineering and Sourcing teams to facilitate efficient project execution.

· 
Maintain documentation and records of design processes and adjustments.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· 
Experience in mechanical design engineering, particularly in piping systems

· 
Familiarity with relevant design and engineering software tools.

Desired qualifications/Skills:

· 
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

· 
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· 
Piping design at basic/medium level.

· 
Familiar with: NX, Autopipe and PLM
