Job Description Summary

As an Engineering Change Orders and Unit Change Orders Analyst, the role involves managing information and operationalizing implementations and changes to product projects. To perform these activities, the role involves interacting with product engineering to assess impacts on the product and current projects, ensuring that the information reaches the various areas of the company (sourcing, fulfillment, quality, logistics, manufacturing, etc.). The role also includes managing the implementation of changes to projects. GE Vernova is a multinational company, which means that the flow of information will include local GE Vernova employees and employees from outside US.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Mapping, structuring, and improving the Engineering Change Orders and Unit Change Orders processes;
·  Developing documentation of procedures and work instructions for the ECOs area and providing training on the process;
·  Managing information through operationalization in the system;
·  Managing the flow of information between all Supply Chain and Installation areas;
·  Implementation, registration, follow-ups of ECOs and UCOs in the system;
·  Automation of the ECOs and UCOs database with notifications, reminders, forms and monitoring system (KPIs);
·  Interface with local and overseas Engineering teams;
·  Ensure operational alignment with the production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
·  May have autonomy to make decisions within a defined structure. Resolves problems in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults with more senior team members regarding problems outside defined instructions/parameters.
·  Responsible for tracking changes, which includes Updating Smartsheet, including review Agenda and MoM of CCB  and daily review and follow up with all parties
·  Organizing / Tracking ECR to include timely communication / record keeping (emails) and to attend weekly meeting
·  Updating BOM Structure as well as assisting in UCO process, which includes maintaining and managing BOMs through the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 3 years administrative, technical or systems related experience).
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical and supply chain areas

·  Advanced Office package (Vlookup, pivot table). Macro/VBA desirable
·  Proficiency with systems (SAP/Oracle/PLM)
·  Knowledge of the Wind Energy product (Wind) will be considered as a differential

The base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 -  $136,700.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%. 
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
