Purpose of the Job: take all necessary steps in coordination with the capacity planners and foremen for achieving the agreed deadlines and required quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  planning activities on projects in accordance with the plans of loading capacity workshops
·  on time and complete preparation of all necessary documentation, modifications and similar and all the activities necessary for the smooth running of production processes on the project
·  accurate and on time information on the status of the projects and of any changes and tolerances in order to achieve the agreed deadlines
·  co-ordinate with all the necessary services within Planning Department
·  preparation of action plans for assigned projects (Gantt chart)
·  daily follow up of the planned activities and update Gantt chart
·  in the case of deviation from the terms, within the Production Planning  Department together with capacity planners find the most appropriate solution and in writing inform the Project Managers of the necessary activities and the possible delay of the projects

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering (or alternative)
·  English language in reading and writing
·  Computer knowledge – MS Office, Internet, PMx, MS Project
·  Croatian language is a must
