Plant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role acts as a trusted assistant to the Plant Manager, playing a key role in internal coordination and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Support:

Manage documentation and correspondence, prepare reports and meeting materials, coordinate schedules and logistics, and support internal events at the plant.

Support to Plant Manager:

Track key tasks, assist in meeting preparation, and act as liaison between the Plant Manager and internal departments.
Internal Coordination:

Work closely with departments such as EHS, HR, Finance, and Quality to support operations and improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in compiling production, HR, and cost data for reporting and support basic operational analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Languages, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in administration, assistant roles, or operational support in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and supportive mindset.
