The Performance and
Analytics Engineer is Responsible for delivery of Online Performance monitoring and Analytics
Software Services working with Performance and Analytics Global team. He/She is accountable
for on time Project delivery while working closely with various functions like Project management,
Engineering
and Services.
Essential Responsibilities

The Performance and Analytics Engineer will work with Global Team to work on Projects in order
to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within Global team on delivering solution on
online Performance Monitoring solutions and work on Analytics software. You will be required to
utilize your knowledge on Thermodynamics and Performance calculations for various equipment in
O&G industry. Below are some of the Essential
Responsibilities

·  Work on software configuration and
Thermodynamic calculations
·  Utilize Operational knowledge during your work
Provide technical support to Project team during data collection
·  Interact with customer
during meetings to clarify technical queries about the software and
requirements for successful delivery of product
·  Provide communication to Product Support
and Field Service during commissioning
·  Travel to customer sites for commissioning of
software and Train customer in using the software
Meet Project time lines by planning your work and communicating with Project team on
requirements
·  Review data collected like P&IDs, Design data etc during the Project
phase and communicate
back to Project team and customer.
·  Make recommendations on
findings. 
·  Anticipate risks and prepare with mitigation plans during project execution
Organize to work on multiple projects at a time.
·  Work on Analytics software solutions along
with other global team members.
·  Take active part in various initiatives for product
development and growth.
Support sales team technically to win orders
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Masters / Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical or
Chemical
Engineering with excellent Track record
·  Minimum 3 years of Engineering Experience either
in Plant operations, Performance and technical
departments, Process Engineering, Analytics software, Performance Software.
·  Masters in
Thermal Sciences and Engineering will be preferred
·   Technical Background in Oil
& Gas and Power Sector with Operations Knowledge
·   Six Sigma Green Belt
Certification ( GE Employees only)
Desired Characteristics

·  Master's
Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in Mechanical or
Chemical Engineering
·  Through understanding of Fundamentals of Thermodynamics.
·  >Experience with Performance monitoring software or
Anomaly detection software is preferred.
·  Data Analytics and Empirical and Non Empirical Modelling software
experience
·  Experience with Performance calculations of various Industrial Systems and Equipment
like Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressors etc 
·  Through Understanding of P&ID and
PFD.
·  Process knowledge of O&G upstream and Downstream will be added
advantage.
·  Strong oral and written communication skills.
·  Strong interpersonal and leadership
skills.
·  Proven analytical and quality improvement ability.
·  Able to interface at all levels of the organization
both internally and externally.
·  Demonstrated integrity - accept and adhere to high ethical, moral and
personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with
others
