Job Description Summary
The PQE reports to the Quality Leader and is responsible for Quality management system compliance/Execution, Quality on the shop floor, including trending of metrics to identify CAPA and CI projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Ownership for EoMR (end of manufacturing report) on time delivery according to the project milestones
· Ensure systematic means of collecting, analyzing and distributing compiled metrics/information in order to improve quality of the process/products
· Participate actively to the development and the implementation of the local quality culture plan
· Ownership for internal NCA/RCA & CAPA plan development & implementation
· Develop, deploy and monitor metrics jointly with SC quality leader to drive manufacturing improvements in the area.
· Ownership for implementation of improvement actions resulting from quality plans and customer feedback through continuous improvement
· Overall responsibility for Internal Audit execution, for conformance to quality plans, systems, and requirements as per the Internal Audit Plan
· Calibration gatekeeper for all Measurement Tools & Equipment
Additional responsibilities:
· Support customer meetings when required
· Support Q-framework, QMS and ISO audits as required
· Support RCA's & CAPA plans for external defects
Required Qualifications
· Engineering bachelors Degree, preferably electrical or electrotechnical field
· Proven expertise in customer resolution & preventive tools, ISO standards knowledge
· Knowledge of Lean and/or alternative continuous improvement methods
· Knowledge of generators repairs
· Inclusive leadership & communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to self-direct within defined responsibilities
· Must be a team player willing to sacrifice individual goals when needed
· Fluent in Romanian, English - from Intermediate
Desired Characteristics
· Six Sigma Green Belt
· Experience dealing with customers
· Knowledge of RCA and CAPA tools such as [5WHY, Ishikawa, PDCA, A3, 8d, etc]
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
· Foreign language skills: [english, french will be a plus]
· Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
