Job Description
What you'll do:
· On time delivery and as per Safety, Quality, Costs, Cash, Delivery (SQCCD) for Region portfolio
· Sales targets achievements for Region portfolio
· Margin achievements & Margin deviations achievements for Region portfolio & approvals per DOA
· Cash achievements: billing (internal + external), past dues, retentions, for Region portfolio
· Risk and Opportunities: ensure R&O’s regular assessment for Region Portfolio, definition of mitigation/action plans & ensure on-time completion by the projects team.
· Ensure process of Early Warnings & Lessons Learnt are led by the teams
· Project monitoring: Participate to High/Medium risk projects reviews, ensuring projects execution monitoring & risk escalation
· Hot Project Strategy, Customer dispute resolution and Customer Claims negotiation - support for escalation needs from Project teams
· Project Management Org Transformation roll out, ensuring cross-region PM collaboration between Factory PM and Region PM, PM Processes (Risk assessment, governance, project review templates), being a link between Central Team and all PM Community in the Region
Team Management:
· Coaches Region and Factory PMs from a dotted line perspective to ensure right PM competencies are developed throughout whole region.
Responsible of Project Management :
· Ensures and controls the use/compliance of Project Management processes and tools and leads key PM process transformation initiatives
· Calls for and oversees high risk project reviews as needed including Transfer meetings, Lessons Learnt/Return on Experience with ITO
· Oversees the execution of action plans issued from project reviews with focus on anticipation of events, risks identification and management, cash position,
· Assists the Project Managers in negotiations with Partners, Contractors and Customers for high risk projects
· Gets directly involved in crisis situations, drives action plans, meets Customers, partners, Contractors
· Ensures strong end-to-end project life cycle processes lead by PM teams from kick-off to closure including billing, cash collection & management of bonds
Responsible of Contract Management:
· Ensures enforcement of Contract Management Processes in Region, supported by Central team
· Supports PM in preparing and negotiating major Variation Orders and Claims, with advice from the Legal and Central Contract Manager adviser when necessary.
Quality and continuous improvement:
· Enforces quality process and improvements actions in the Region, participates to setting and improving tools, processes in order to improve GE performance and customer satisfaction.
· Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes in e-book and on site
Performance Measurement:
· Contract and budget Execution through Region KPI’s: EHS, Sales, CCM including margin deviations, Cash (billing, past dues & retentions), Claims (client and suppliers) & VO’s, On Time Delivery (OTD), COPQ, NCR, punch items, site performances.
· Customers Satisfaction
· Compliance to Quality processes and procedures and ebook policies and procedures
· Safety leadership and performance
What you'll bring:
· Engineering/Business Diploma or equivalent education.
· 10+ years as Project Manager (large projects or projects portfolio) domestic and/or export
· Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)

· Energy market and customers knowledge
· PMP certification is a plus
