As US Early Careers Recruiting Specialist, you are an individual contributor who partners with, coaches, and advises our hiring managers and recruiting ambassador teams; skillfully plans and manages recruiting events; and improves the efficiency of the recruiting wing-to-wing process; to attract and recruit university students through contemporary recruiting approaches. You will report to the US Early Careers Recruiting Leader and establish close, trusted relationships with our recruiting and hiring leaders.

This job is for you if you have a passion for university recruitment and early career talent, and you understand the space.  You partner well with hiring leaders to identify and implement the most effective recruitment strategies to find and attract talent.  You believe that the strongest early career workforce is a diverse one. You are a skillful recruiting event planner and can execute large events with many stakeholders.  You appreciate and prioritize continuous improvement through lean methodologies.  You know how to use recruiting dashboards, bowlers, and pareto charts to influence, and then proactively drive, action plans to meet recruiting KPI’s.  You have a knack for forming and maintaining relationships, assuming the role as a trusted advisor.  You are approachable and available.  You coach and you teach.  You tell stories through data.  You know how to source for & pipeline the most qualified candidates using your proficiency in recruiting tools, ability to personalize and target your messaging, and partnership with hiring teams.  You seek to understand trends in university recruitment, campaigning strategies, and recruitment tool use.  You know how to experiment with new recruitment ideas by starting small, learning, and then implementing at scale.  You are organized, work efficiently, and always seek better ways to achieve results.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

·  Partner to coach our campus and conference recruiting ambassadors and program hiring managers on how to find the right early career talent to bring into GE Aerospace; this includes contemporary event strategy, strong relationship management, and effective campaigning and sourcing techniques
·  Event planning, management, and execution for targeted niche-events, signature GE Aerospace recruitment events, and national diversity conferences
·  Optimizing and leading the wing-to-wing external recruitment, and intern conversion, operations; and implementing efficient, standard work in as many instances as possible
·  Leading recruiting initiatives to meet hiring plan goals through focused action-planning and candidate sourcing techniques
·  Skilled point-of-contact for recruitment process and tools (includes Workday, Phenom, HireVue, Handshake/Symplicity, Tableau, and GE’s People Operations team)

Qualifications/Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
·  3+ years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or HR
·  Up to 20% travel throughout the year to participate in, and lead, recruiting events

Pay and Benefits:

·  The base pay range for this position is $86,000 - 114,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on January 16th, 2026.
