Ensure the established project schedule is met and coordinate the production planning and/or Procurement team in the execution of their activities.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

·  Management of the production planning and/or Procurement team;
·  Size/define/evaluate execution resources;
·  Prepare and validate production schedules/plans and publish them within the established deadlines;
·  Ensure the arrival of materials within the established deadlines;
·  Conduct performance assessments of supervised/coordinated teams;
·  Monitor and plan actions for established goals and indicators;
·  Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly work routine of team activities is carried out;

Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree in engineering, administration or related fields;
·  Advanced English;
·  100% on site work;
·  Experience in manufacturing planning is desirable;
·  Knowledge of Excel and Power Point

Desirable Skills:

·  Knowledge/experience with SAP, VBA, BI, ChatGPT is desirable;
·  Negotiation skills, analysis, teamwork;
