This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain a solid grounding in quality, from the understanding of what is critical in component inspection and quality assurance activities to effectively manage quality risks through to governance of non-conformities, root cause analysis and application of lessons learned to drive sustainable improvement in business processes.Job Description
1.Essential Responsibilities
- Understand what is critical to quality and learn inspection techniques for transformer component inspection.
- Support Quality control planning and auditing of results.
- Learn and apply dFMEA & pFMEA techniques.
- Learn of non-conformity reporting and support non-conformity governance.
- Learn Root cause analysis techniques and support with the prevention of defects.
2.Qualifications, and Requirements
- GCSE grade C and above in English, Physics & Mathematics.
3.Desired Characteristics
Successful candidate must possess:
- Strong passion for a career in quality
- High level of attention to detail
- Clear communicator with structured reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, other languages advantageous
