Looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complex calendars, and keeps critical priorities on track with exceptional attention to detail.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
· Providing administrative and organizational support
· Own executive calendars, travel arrangements, and key meeting logistics
· Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence
· Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
· Safeguard confidentiality while handling sensitive information
· Drive follow-up and execution, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met
· Proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines
· Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
· Prepare and reconcile expense accounts
· Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
· Manage conference / meeting rooms and common office area
· Raising and receiving purchases orders
· Booking travel and managing expenses
· Raising and receiving purchases orders
· Assist with passport and visa requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree
· Extended experience in similar roles
· Proven executive standing and ability to establish trusted relationship with the Leadership Team
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
· Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
· Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives
· Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
· Fluent in English
· Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.

What we offer:
· Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary.
· Monthly contribution of 6% of base salary to Cafeteria or Pension/Life Insurance, in addition another CZK 600/monthly to Cafeteria.
