Essential Responsibilities:

· 
Focus on developing new talent throughout the entire production process.

· 
Participate in and coordinate production improvement projects, responsible for project process advancement.

· 
English communication skills, assisting supervisors/manager and group personnel.

· 
Completing standard English forms.

· 
Production process/external personnel support, communication, and coordination.

· 
Report directly to the department manager and plan career development.

· 
Ability to learn, withstand pressure, adapt to challenging environments, and thrive in challenging situations.

· 
Passion for the production floor and the ability to work on the front lines.

·  Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures.
·  Respect of safety rules.

Qualifications / Requirements:

· 
Bachelor's degree or higher with experience/knowledge in production, processing, chemical engineering, electromechanical technology, or equivalent.

· 
CET-6 English certificate.

· 
Regular work hours, occasionally requiring three-shift work (7:00-15:00, 15:00-11:00, 11:00-7:00).

·  Good team spirit
