Job Description Summary
The Planning Maintenance Coordinator will lead the finalization and ongoing management of IBM Maximo for preventive and extraordinary maintenance across the plant. The role blends hands-on system ownership with coordination of maintenance interventions, ensuring asset master data, maintenance plans, and work processes are accurate, efficient, and data-driven. Working closely with production and supply chain teams, this role will enable condition-based and predictive maintenance and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
·
Continue and finalize the implementation of IBM Maximo for the management of preventive and extraordinary maintenance, and manage the system thereafter.

Perform system upgrades for equipment, machines, and related spares/parts.
·
Enter and manage maintenance activities in the factory within the system.
·
Interact directly with plants and the maintenance team to collect and understand data.
·
Structure the maintenance plan within the management system upon project completion.
Required Qualifications
·
Experience with maintenance management software: IBM Maximo or equivalent (e.g., SAP PM, Fracttal One).
·
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook).
·
English language proficiency (minimum B2).
·
Previous experience in industrial maintenance (shop-floor exposure or support role).
·
Proactivity and ability to interface effectively with production teams and supply chain.
·
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in system-based work.
