What impact you’ll make: 

As a member of the Sourcing Finance, you will be an active contributor to the capacity growth of Gas Power and provide in-depth analysis of the performance of the Configured Systems Sourcing Team.

What you’ll do   

·  Act as the Finance Business Partner for the Configured Systems Executive leader, leading all the planning, forecasting and pacing cycles for inflation / deflation metrics for over $2B of portfolio volume. Directly engage with the operational and regional segment owners to evaluate and forecast sourcing projects KPIs.
·  Drive governance on the reporting, ensure accuracy in the monthly operating rhythm for Projects spend and cost out metrics with particular focus on Deflation and Estimate at Completion Costs (EAC). Support variance analysis compared to budget and drive early identification of Risks and Opportunities. Own the monthly operating updates and the associated review with Sourcing Executive team, as well as Heavy Duty New Units & Aero Senior Finance teams. 
·  Provide in-depth analysis on Estimate at Completion Costs (EAC) key dynamics - i.e. gross savings versus leakages trends, EAC% on Purchased Orders placed volume, cost out initiatives for Operations and Business Finance stakeholders. 
·  Support the functional team on the implementation and adherence to the new Margin Review policy for EAC forecasting. Drive accuracy and completeness in the transition to the Live cost visibility tool (LCV) for Estimate at Completion Costs reporting for Configures Systems
·  Maintain Deflation at Purchased Order placement metric and drive process improvement to reduce manual efforts aimed at obtaining actionable analysis for the Sourcing Projects teams
·  Support yearly Configured systems handbook process review and escalation assessment
·  Identify opportunities for process automation and simplification across the portfolio, act as an advocate for Lean on the owned processes

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)  

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Management or related fields.
·  Significant working experience in financial planning and analysis, project finance management and/or operational finance. Prior experience in supply chain finance is a plus!
·  Strong oral and written communication skills.  
·  Advanced experience of Microsoft suite  
·  Fluency in English is a must
