As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will plan and execute activities for the entire Avio Aero workforce—both salaried and hourly. Partnering closely with the Marketing Communications & Internal Communications Manager, you will lead initiatives that engage employees, deliver clear and timely messages, and foster two-way interaction.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities  

· 
Manage all kinds of internal messaging, from key corporate messages to service communications 

· 
Design and disseminate communication campaigns on key company topics 

· 
Organize/coordinate internal events, such as town-hall meetings, and Leaders Day 

· 
Manage digital channels and other internal platforms in partnership with the Digital team 

· 
Define analytics to measure communication effectiveness 

· 
Produce news and material for company intranet  

Qualifications/Requirements  

· 
Master’s degree in communications 

· 
Minimum experience in leading internal and/or external communication projects and initiative 

· 
Fluent and excellent verbal/written skills in both English and Italian 

· 
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
