The Transfer Pricing function plays a strategic role in shaping how GE Vernova structures intercompany transactions across global markets. As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will contribute to global financial processes, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gain valuable exposure to international business operations. This role offers a strong foundation for careers in corporate finance, consulting, management, and strategy.

Job Description

As an International Transfer Pricing Intern at GE Vernova, you will:

Roles and Responsibilities:

· 
Support and maintain global cost-rebilling processes across the business.

· 
Assist in the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and relevant internal documents for compliance and risk mitigation.

· 
Contribute to the preparation and finalization of transfer pricing reports, partnering with internal finance teams and external consultants.

· 
Participate in functional analysis interviews and conduct industry research.

· 
Support the drafting and review of transfer pricing policy documents.

· 
Help identify and implement process simplifications and improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements :

· 
EU work permit is required

· 
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.

· 
Participation to exchange programs will be considered a plus

· 
Fluent in spoken and written English

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools

· 
Work Flexibility: Primarily office-based

EMPLOYMENT DATES :

· 
Preferred start date: immediate

· 
Internship duration: 6 months, potential extension up to 12 months (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

· 
Full time work preferred: 40 hours/week, with some flexibility related to study/exam commitments
