The Transfer Pricing function plays a strategic role in shaping how GE Vernova structures intercompany transactions across global markets. It operates at the intersection of finance, business operations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that internal transactions are aligned with both business efficiency and international standards.
As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will contribute to global financial processes, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gain valuable exposure to international business operations. This role offers a strong foundation for careers in corporate finance, consulting, management, and strategy.
Job Description
As an International Transfer Pricing Intern at GE Vernova, you will:

be part of a cross global function overseeing transfer pricing aspects for all our companies worldwide.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Support and maintain global cost-rebilling processes across the business.
·
Assist in the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and relevant internal documents for compliance and risk mitigation.
·
Contribute to the preparation and finalization of transfer pricing reports, partnering with internal finance teams and external consultants.
·
Participate in functional analysis interviews and conduct industry research.
·
Support the drafting and review of transfer pricing policy documents.
·
Help identify and implement process simplifications and improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements :

EU work permit is required
·
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.

Participation to exchange programs will be considered a plus
·
Fluent in spoken and written English
·
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
·
Work Flexibility: Primarily office-based
EMPLOYMENT DATES :
·
Preferred start date: immediate
·
Internship duration: 6 months, potential extension up to 12 months (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
·
Full time work preferred: 40 hours/week, with some flexibility related to study/exam commitments
