Job Description Summary

Provides students who are currently in college in an industrial or such engineering degree the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in manufacturing. The internship program will contribute to investment projects and advance best practices to increase productivity.

Job Description:

·  Support industrial team to monitoring investment project.
·  Support industrial team to create best practise for increase productivity.
·  Create digitalization system in production and tools crib area.
·  Support visual management system in production area.
·  Support industrial team to review industrial handbook versus existing work instruction.
·  Involve on the Kaizen event our facilities and operations.
·  Create regular training system in manufacturing.

Job Requirements:

·  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related majors.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
·  Having organizational experiences is a desired qualification.
·  understand arduino or PLC is a plus.
·  Ability to communicate in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
·  Able to complete full time 6 months Internship program
