Job Description Summary
The Hydro Services Nordics Sub-Regional Leader and Sales Leader is responsible for representing and leading the overall GEV Power Hydro Sales and Service activity in his/her designated countries, mainly Norway, Sweden and Finland, being the Managing Director of the entity.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
You will have the following responsibilities:

Ensure the highest levels of safety and integrity in our teams, suppliers and customers
·
Manage the local organization and ensure compliance with local statutory obligations.
·
Be directly responsible for all sales and commercial activity including sizing and building teams with the right customer coverage, maintaining customer intimacy and proximity, understanding our key selling points, and driving a proactive commercial approach to generate and capture leads
·
Ensure commercialization of the full GEV Hydro offering working closely with the Service product organization and Tendering team, leverage existing standards, bring feedback
·
Lead ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) efforts for all new and service activities in-sub region ensuring that offers are competitive, focused on meeting customer requirements, with an adequate risk / reward profile, while ensuring an efficient tendering process
·
Ensure adhesion to the service sales process and use of SFDC, secure smooth handover / coordination with the OTR (Order-to-Requisition) team for delivery
·
Lead OTR efforts for all service projects in-sub region ensuring that Hydro Projects are delivered, focusing on contractual requirements while striving for excellence in execution; reach customer satisfaction (VOC Voice of Customer)

Anticipate actions to reach predictable financials, revenue recognition and cash collection
·
Shape an effective local team being a constant leader, share information with the direct reports and the contributing functions to mobilize towards a common objective; foster a spirit of collective achievement focusing on servicing efficiently Hydro plants for our customers

Invest in people and competencies development, detect and shape opportunities for individual’s growth
·
Keep an overview of the activity, report on it, connect with the organization to draw the attention and to organize the needed support
·
Continuously monitor market trend and develop/manage relationship with Key Account customer
·
Effectively represent GE Vernova Hydro Power in front of customer while driving the Sales strategy and develop capture plan to increase win rate
·
Deliver order intake, margin, and cash/commercial quality targets for assigned accounts/territory and product lines (new units, pumped storage, modernization/rehab, and services)
·
Monitor policies/incentives, tender pipelines, and competitor moves; feed insights to marketing management and leadership
Qualifications/Requirements:
·
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
·
Major experience in Sales or Services or in a customer facing role
·
Very good knowledge of Hydro products, and more especially of Generators
·
Established relationships with main GEV Power Hydro customers in the sub-region
·
Very good interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership
·
Successful track history of driving an activity that requires coordination of both direct reports and contributing functions, most of the time in remote conditions
·
Capability and flexibility to handle multiple tasks in restricted timeframes and expend discretionary effort on short notice to support urgent or emergent opportunities or customer requests
·
Languages: Norwegian or Swedish, and English – Professional working proficiency level
