What You’ll Do
· Support the design, analysis, testing, and implementation of features and tools to improve project activities.
· Work with experienced engineers to solve technical problems and improve existing products, systems, or processes.
· Assist with data collection, modeling, simulation, or documentation using industry-standard tools.
· Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project updates, gaining exposure to cross‑functional collaboration.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (quality, cost, reliability, safety, or sustainability).
· Prepare and present technical findings or project summaries to your team and stakeholders.
· Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the project you’re matched with.
Who We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or similar).
· In good academic standing and making steady progress toward your degree.
· Intermediate - Advanced English.
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).
· Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
· Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change
· Good command of MS Office Skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Coursework or project experience related to thermodynamics, mechanical design, power systems, control systems, CAD, FEA, Python/MATLAB, C/C++, data analysis, etc.
· Hands-on experience through class projects, labs, design teams, maker activities, or previous internships/co-ops.
· Familiarity with relevant tools such as SolidWorks/Creo/CATIA, MATLAB, Python, ANSYS, SIEMENS NX, etc.
· Self‑starter with curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
· Familiarity with Lean Tools and Continuous improvement.
