As a student of the Heavy Duty New Units ITO Sourcing team, you will be an active contributor to developing robust and competitive sourcing plans for customer proposals. This role offers practical experience in procurement operations, exposure to cross-functional collaboration, and an opportunity to contribute to the commercial success of GE Vernova.

What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)

·  Analyze and validate existing databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
·  Design and implement tools to streamline and simplify key tasks for the team.
·  Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency and data accuracy.
·  Create standard work documentation detailing all necessary requirements for critical team tasks.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

·  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
·  Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher and current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree.
·  Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.

This position is also eligible for:

Relocation Assistance:  Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.

Housing Allowance:  Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.

GE Vernova Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
