As part of the missions of the Finance Department, the objectives of the finance business partner are:
o To provide reliable, complete, and timely financial data
o Ensure the timely and reliable processing of accounting transactions, in coordination with shared service centres.
o To actively support operational departments in their optimisation and improvement actions
o To be the guarantor of the right level of internal control in its perimeter

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

·  Carry out the closing activities of units belonging to GA North Europe, Group reporting and manage the rhythm of quarterly / annual closings with the collaboration of shared financial service centers, with the focus on projects accounting (OTR Finance).
·  The closure of expenses below margin: sales & administrative costs. Rates & coeff for Production costs. (FP&A Finance).
·  Support operational teams in decision-making, deployment of product line strategy.
·  Elaboration in cooperation with operational staff of the cluster's annual budget, re-forecasts over the year as well as the monitoring & analysis of variances.
·  Participate in the implementation of GE policies (GE GAP) and specific to the company, Warranty reserves (deployment of new policies) and the rule for the recognition of turnover (606); etc.
·  Participate and help conduct audit work in support of controllers.
·  Participate in the appropriate assessment of risks and exposure related to project activities (Project review, Contracts, etc... (In partnership with the Logistics and OTR team/project control)
·  Evaluate opportunities for process standardization when necessary.
·  Guarantee the proper functioning of information systems on its perimeter (SAP analytic structure).
·  Collaborate and business partner with the other functions of the sites, the finances of the other sites

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·  Advanced and demonstrated years of experience or equivalent knowledge/experience in management control/accounting.
·  Excellent command of the computer tool (Excel/SAP).
·  Proficiency in English both written and oral.
·  Good & solid accounting knowledge.
·  Dynamic, serious, rigorous, quality of work.
·  Ability to work in a team.
·  Great relationship.
·  Ability to work independently.
