The Early Career Training is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures. 

What You’ll Do:

As a trainee, you will be actively involved in key procurement and logistics activities, including:

·  Procurement:
·  Managing the Request for Quotation (RFQ ) process.
·  Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP and ensuring timely execution.
·  Supporting supplier negotiations and fostering strong supplier relationships.
·  Reviewing and validating invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. OTPIP process.
·  Logistics:
·  Assisting in logistics operations to ensure smooth material movement.
·  Supporting shipment documentation and compliance, including certificates and regulatory requirements.
·  Handling (HS) codes , shipment certificates and managing SABER approvals.

What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications):

·  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , or a related field.
·  Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
·  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
