Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
Work construction, machine move, and facilities upgrade projects across component manufacturing site.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Work with minimal direction to complete site projects across multiple plants.
·  Write statements of work for construction projects
·  Assure projects meet code and are validated properly
·  Develop instructions for common tasks associated with projects.
·  Supply staff with equipment and material to complete work tasts.
·  Coordinate both internal and external labor to complete projects on time
·  Meet with business customers and balance multiple projects
·  Establish communication methods with customers.
·  Establish TPM and 5s Plans for new projects
·  Perform other related duties as require

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college OR Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years in construction/project experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience.
·  Proficient in shop mathematic i.e. geometry and trigonometry, blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerances.

·  Ability to interface with various levels of management

·  Ability to receive guidance and supervision; follow work rules, safety practices, work procedures; meet deadlines; punctuality and attendance standards, etc.

The base pay range for this position is $​85,000.00 - $89,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on March 06, 2026.
