Site Overview

Established in 2000, the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru is our multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents, pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.

This position is open for only Aerospace Candidates

DTLP Program is designed to attract candidates who are ready to join us in our journey to change the future and innovate outcomes for our customers. You will lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on challenging projects. The GE Aerospace’s DTLP Program:

• Provides challenging rotations to grow technical skills & capabilities.

• Offers opportunities to solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.

• Facilitates interaction with GE Aerospace's leadership team.

Essential Responsibilities :
You’ll receive a broad set of diverse assignments spanning across Product Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, Enterprise Applications, IT operations, Software Development, and more.
• Full-time, two-year program where members work within GE Aerospace business alongside experts in various locations.
• Four rotational assignments (six-month each) covering diverse projects in Digital Technology.

• Cross-functional, mission based projects to be delivered for GE Aerospace.

• Individualized training plans according to your areas of interest, whether in cloud computing, cyber security and risk, data science, machine-learning, Agile and Scrum with opportunities to obtain certifications.

• Structured career development, coaching & mentoring.

• Interaction with global business leaders.

• Potential international experiences/assignments.

• Global classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen.

• Actively participate in the development of the overall DTLP Program through committees – Recruitment, Finance, Professional Development etc. and facilitate cross-functional engagements

Required Qualifications

For Internal Candidates : Early career employee with minimum GE experience of 1 year 3 months as of 1-Apr-26 with exceptional performance track record and should have demonstrated leadership in driving site level initiatives.

• B.Tech/B.E should support demonstration of knowledge in Software Applications/Programming Languages.

  For External Candidates: Full time MTECH in CS/Data Science/Data Analytics from a reputed institution with 0-36 months of IT Experience.

• Must be geographically mobile as requested by the business.

• Must be flexible in and able to navigate an everchanging work environment.
