Role Summary/Purpose

The role will be responsible to drive transformation thru out the full Inquiry to Order (ITO) process, deploying new process and solution to drive efficiency, compliance and quality. The leader will need to work as a horizontal leader will multiples functions both regionally and globally. The role will require strong leadership, an ability to influence, independent and group work, to execute and drive change initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities

The position will report to the ASEAN COO (Business Operation Manager) and base location is flexible (SG, TH, ID, VN and MY). Essential Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Drive a cultural and process change from an existing order configuration back-office team to a full Quote & Tender Centre of Excellence including: Customer Facing Documentation (CFD), Customer Account Creation & Maintenance, Margin Leakage due to process Issue
• will work closely with Imaging, Ultrasound and Life Care Solutions Sales Regional Manager as well as Country Sales Managers to align Business Performance and customer satisfaction on the ITO process
• Work alongside Legal and Business Partner to build and Improve our Sales Terms and Condition to reflect the market need and evolution (strategic account, PPP, new offering…)
• Drive change management of commercial team on usage of new tool and process
• Be the functional Leader for all new Digital Solution impacting the ITO cycle: AptTUS, Know Your Customer (Customer Account Creation) as well as new Organization evolution (Direct vs Indirect, New Territory, Spin-off activity)
• Improve the Management of Non-Catalogue Items to increase Margin (Local Source Item, Non-Inventory Item)
• Own and develop reporting of metrics/ KPI of the Inquiry to Order Process and drive the needed improvement thru project & team engagement (Quote Turn-around town, Order Booking Cycle Time…)
• Identify, plan and implement key projects (such as install base maintenance, customer invoice reconciliation process…) using Agile, Six Sigma and Lean processes and principles
• Promote awareness of commercial programs across P&L/region teams and functions and collect voice of the customer feedback in order to drive continuous improvement in the commercial user experience
• Partner with the global CE and Digital teams to streamline the commercial reporting processes to drive process simplification, and improvement
Qualifications/Requirements

Education and certification requirements:
• Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science, Engineering or IT background
• Lean six sigma certifications will be highly regarded

Skills and experience required include:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working and delivering process improvement initiatives in commercial, sales and or operational environments.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with CRM platforms and data to build business metrics and strategies
• 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment
• Experience in using report building tools or ability to learn
• Demonstrable strategic thinking with the ability to change concepts into compelling commercial arguments
• Excellent practical knowledge and application of change management tools
• Proven ability to work successfully managing cross-functional and cross-country team environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage self and tasks in an appropriate manner
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• High level of flexibility and passion/engagement
