Job Description Summary
The Vendor Recovery Analyst is a qualified, experienced position responsible for leading and developing data analysis, while supporting the Vendor Recovery Leader with business-critical efforts to significantly improve recovery rate on supplier-caused cost of quality.

Essential Responsibilities
As a Vendor Recovery Analyst, you will manage the following:
· Quality assurance of our vendor recovery cost tool (VERT) and provide performance metrics of such
· Support the process improvement efforts by managing and analyzing a large set of non-conformance and cost data (such as: status progress through process, assess for trends to support service actions, etc.)
· Build and track claims for assigned commodities and/or failure type using recovery workflow process
· Identify data quality improvement opportunities and support Vendor Recovery Leader in working cross-functionally in implementing improvements
· Support Vendor Recovery efforts with data packages (cost and defect details) that will improve our recovery response time and drive a better recovery rate
· Support monthly status updates to Vendor Recovery Sourcing leadership
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of experience

· Highly efficient in analytical and data mining skills (advanced Excel skills is a plus)
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications at multiple levels; can translate technical language to business terms
· Be an independent learner, an initiative-taker willing to initiate a project and perform research.

· Subject Matter Expert and represent the area on cross functional workgroups.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Access, Excel)
The base pay range for this position is $82,900.00 - $138,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
