Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Chief Engineer's office on team administration, coordination of teams and logistics, support in preparing corporate presentations, tables, and other documentation such as Talent Reviews, Org Charts, short term plans, HR efforts, Trainings and Talent Development efforts.
Analysis and evaluation of reports, surveys and organizational data
Essential Responsibilities
Build and maintain executive-ready presentations and visuals to communicate program/progress status, milestones, and best practices; ensure version control and on-time delivery of materials for reviews.
Collect, clean, and analyze organizational data (e.g., surveys, staffing, training, talent metrics) using Excel and approved analytics tools; summarize insights with clear charts and brief narratives.
Coordinate logistics for reviews, trainings, and team events (invites, agendas, minutes, action tracking); close action items and escalate risks to schedule or quality.
Update and organize team artifacts (Org Charts, Events, short-term plans) ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with latest inputs from HR and engineering leaders.
Create and maintain simple trackers and dashboards for task status, risks, and decisions; proactively follow up to close communication loops.
Support continuous improvement by documenting standard work for recurring processes and capturing lessons learned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently enrolled and on track in a university program: Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or Public Administration (5th–6th semester or later).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new productivity and collaboration tools.
Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English; able to produce clear summaries and professional slides.
Demonstrated time management and organization; able to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent tasks with attention to detail.
Eligible to work in the country of assignment and able to comply with corporate policies and confidentiality requirements
