Overview
Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a Senior OCM Analyst. Foot Locker’s Global Technology Services (GTs) team is driving transformation across our entire organization. The Senior OCM Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.
Responsibilities
· Assessing change impacts and leading execution and implements change strategy plans.
· Consulting, coaching, and collaborating with project teams, support teams, change champions, delivery partners, and other stakeholders on change management role, ensuring organizational readiness for change, boosting awareness and engagement, and sustaining change.
· Using standard tools and methodologies in change management, adult learning, and team task organization.
· Developing and delivering communications or training materials.
· Develops key elements of the OCM Approach document(s), and executes actionable, targeted plans, including communication plan, stakeholder management plan, change impacts, and training plan.
· Assists the development/delivery of training, role mapping, measure business readiness, support pre-implementation-controlled release and sustainment, and contribute to Phase 0 assessments.
· Identifies potential project-related people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
· Defines and measures organization readiness, establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication, training and other change management vehicles and user understanding.
· Communicates complex role, process, and technology changes clearly and succinctly.
Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience supporting change management or training and communication efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations.
· Strong Database skills, manipulating large amount of data.
· Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot tables, analytical/technical skills.
· Project management competence / skills.
· Prosci or other Change Management Certification.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferably in organization change management, organizational development, journalism/marketing/communications, or related discipline.
· Experience in the discipline of information management/information systems.
· Demonstrating effective cross-team collaboration and strong editorial skills.
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $70,000 -$100,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
