Overview
This role will be HYBRID in our New York, NY office.
Foot Locker’s Customer Intelligence Organization is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to help elevate the company’s global data and insights capabilities. In this role, you’ll support internal data teams as well as partners across Marketing and E‑Commerce by developing, standardizing, and managing consistent KPIs worldwide. You will lead efforts to establish single sources of truth for key digital metrics, while executing a roadmap that delivers best‑in‑class dashboards, AI‑enabled BI tools, advanced analytics, and strategic insights. Additionally, you’ll help shape the future of Digital Analytics at Foot Locker by influencing tool selection, guiding capability development, and driving measurable business impact. This role will also play a key part in mentoring and developing the next generation of digital analytics talent within the organization.
Responsibilities
· Own, Manage and Deliver on Roadmap covering existing and future state Digital Analytics work (KPI enhancements to Dashboards, Advanced Analytical Capabilities, Conversational BI, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Onboarding of New Tools, etc.) in a timely manner.
· Manage, Direct, Train and Empower two analysts direct reports to effectively deliver on the roadmap while also preparing them to take on further strategic and leadership challenges.
· Partner with key senior business stakeholders (such as VP of Media and VP of E-Commerce) to define requirements related to KPI definitions, unaddressed use cases, etc.; translate those requirements into Data Analytics, Data Science and Data Engineering deliverables, managing delivery timelines accordingly.
· Lead discussions with direct reports and engineering partners related to digital data modeling and architectural requirements, ensuring that data is organized in the manner which will drive the best business outcome. This will require an expert-level understanding of digital data and Foot Locker’s digital analytics ecosystem.
· Lead discussions with MarTech team regarding Adobe Analytics Tagging needs which will be required to deliver on the strategic priorities within Digital Analytics.
· Lead analytical discussions with senior stakeholders which highlight new capabilities, areas of opportunity within the E-Commerce business, etc. Translate any action items into future value-driving deliverables.
· Govern and manage existing analytical tools and deliverables, ensuring continued accuracy, delivery timeliness and that they are continuing to meet the evolving needs of our business. Prioritize, refine and deliver on enhancements to these tools.
· Stay abreast of new technologies (Conversational BI, Proactive Data Quality Monitoring, etc.), and leverage them to ensure that Foot Locker’s analytical toolkit becomes and remains best-in-class.
· Be up-to-date with newest developments and best practices impacting Digital Analytics (best-in-class tools, privacy restrictions, etc.), and leverage this knowledge to recommend improvements which will ensure Foot Locker’s digital ecosystem drives consistent value.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
· Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports or providing meaningful mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
· Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders across both technical and business functions.
· Willingness to mentor and support team members while also being hands-on with data; this role includes both leadership responsibilities and individual contributor work.
· Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics .
· Familiarity with key digital marketing channels and concepts such as SEO, SEM, Email, Display, and other direct‑response media.
· Understanding of core e‑commerce concepts, including fulfillment, demand, and conversion.
· Experience with advanced analytical concepts such as AI, conversational BI, statistical analysis, and related emerging technologies.
· Hands-on experience working with raw clickstream data .
· Experience using at least one analytics‑oriented programming language (e.g., Python , Scala , or R ).
· Experience working with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau .
· Expert-level SQL skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $105000 - $130000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
