Responsibilities

Foot Locker APAC is looking for a Digital Experience/ Lifecycle Lead to shape and execute our digital content and experience strategy across site, CRM, email, and SMS. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid‑level Digital Experience professional ready to step up, expand their leadership capability, and influence key digital touchpoints across a highly collaborative APAC team. You’ll lead end‑to‑end digital experience strategy, playing a pivotal role in elevating our digital presence.

 

·  Lead the APAC digital experience strategies across site, email, and SMS, including content planning, personalization, and an agile roadmap aligned to business priorities.
·  Optimise customer journeys using data‑led insights to enhance engagement, reduce friction, and elevate CRM and content performance.
·  Oversee all digital touchpoints, including ecommerce content, localization, personalization, UX, CRO, CRM, and end‑to‑end promotional execution (including coupon bank management).
·  Drive CRM strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value.
·  Lead and coach junior team members by setting clear performance benchmarks and guiding best practices.
·  Provide insights and reporting in partnership with the Data Analyst, analysing trends and customer behaviour to inform business recommendations.
·  Collaborate closely with Digital Operations & Merchandising, Marketing, external agencies, vendor partners, and the global teams to align prirorities. 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally with a major in Marketing.
·  2–4 years’ experience in Ecommerce or Digital Experience within omnichannel environments.
·  Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Email Marketing Providers, and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (compulsory).
·  Background in Retail, Ecommerce, or FMCG.
·  Experience managing SharePoint for homepage or content roadmap planning (highly regarded).
·  Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms, and retail performance metrics.
·  Solid analytical capability and strong commercial awareness.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
·  Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
·  Ability to work independently and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
