The End User Support team facilitates technology support of corporate team members, both in office and remotely. The team is placed globally in the Foot Locker corporate offices, with one technician in the Utrecht office.  The internship allows for exposure to various technology toolsets and support, experience in a corporate environment enhancing technology and communication skills, gaining real world experience building upon university learning. 

Responsibilities

·  Support on site and remote corporate team members with technology questions and support 
·  Set up and collect hardware and software based on incoming requests ensuring proper asset tracking. 
·  Support local meeting rooms, printing and mobile devices 
·  Collaborate with global team on trending issues and support of L1 escalations from the Global Service Desk. 
·  Participate in weekly team and engineering collaboration meetings. 
·  Gain knowledge of various technology tools to provide effective support 
Qualifications

Qualifications

 

·  You must be a full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program.  
·  You must be located in the Netherlands.  
·  Strong communication and customer support skills. 
·  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) 
·  Strong understanding of operating systems (PC and MAC) 
·  Strong troubleshooting capability

Internship Program Highlights  

·  The internship lasts 6 months , starting on February 2 nd , 2026
·  It is a 32 hour/week internship
·  We offer a h ybrid , flexible working model (+/- 2 office days)
·  You will receive a monthly internship allowance of EUR 400 for bachelor's students, and EUR 600 for master's students
·  You will be part of a casual sneaker culture and experience a collaborative and supportive team environment
