You’ll be joining the Customer Care team, which consists of 15 team members and will report to the Snr Mngr Impl & Data Analyst. The team plays a key role in improving service quality and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and reporting. As an intern, you’ll help optimize our reporting framework and reduce manual tasks, gaining experience with tools like Power BI, Google Analytics and seeing the impact of your contributions. You’ll collaborate closely with team members and engage with other departments, gaining a broad understanding of how data supports performance and decision-making across the organization. This internship provides a meaningful learning experience with opportunities to contribute ideas and develop practical analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·  Assist in optimizing reporting dashboards and integrating Customer Care data into Power BI & Google Analytics.
·  Support the team in identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve reporting accuracy.
·  Collaborate with team members to gather reporting needs and provide input on data solutions.
·  Work alongside other departments to gain insight into how data is used across the business and contribute to shared reporting needs.
·  Be involved in documenting processes and develop skills in data visualization, reporting standards, and cross-functional communication.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

·  You must be a full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business Analytics or Data Science.
·  You must be located in the Netherlands.
·  Open to learn and develop skills in data analysis and visualization.
·  Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
·  Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
·  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Willingness to explore and learn tools like Power BI or other data visualization platforms.

·  The internship lasts 6 months , starting on February 2nd, 2026
·  It is a 32 hour/week internship
·  We offer a hybrid , flexible working model (+/- 2 office days)
·  You will receive a monthly internship allowance of EUR 400 for bachelor's students, and EUR 600 for master's students
·  You will be part of a casual sneaker culture and experience a collaborative and supportive team environment
