As part of the Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing, supporting, and maintaining Foot Locker’s reward structures across EMEA and APAC. You will collaborate closely with experienced specialists and HR business partners to understand how fair, competitive, and compliant pay practices are designed and implemented in a global organization. 

Responsibilities

· 
·  Support the Compensation & Benefits team with data collection, reporting, and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple countries. 
·  Assist in benchmarking activities by researching market trends and reviewing compensation surveys. 
·  Help prepare materials and presentations for reward reviews and compensation cycles. 
·  Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects related to benefits, grading, and employee recognition. 
·  Gain knowledge of HR systems, data management, and analytical tools used in Total Rewards. 
Qualifications

Qualifications

·  You must be a full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.  
·  You must be located in the Netherlands.
·  Strong analytical and numerical skills with an interest in HR data and reward strategy. 
·  Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. 
·  Good communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in an international environment. 
Benefits

Internship Program Highlights  

·  The internship lasts 6 months , starting on February 2 nd , 2026
·  It is a 32 hour/week internship
·  We offer a h ybrid , flexible working model (+/- 2 office days)
·  You will receive a monthly internship allowance of EUR 400 for bachelor's students, and EUR 600 for master's students
·  You will be part of a casual sneaker culture and experience a collaborative and supportive team environment
