Overview

The Front-End Developer role is part of the E-commerce (Digital Experience) team, and is responsible for enhancing the online customer journey through personalization, A/B testing, and localized content.

This position focuses on developing user-facing features, ensuring optimal website performance, and supporting global initiatives to improve the digital shopping experience.

Responsibilities

·  Develop and implement user-facing features to enhance the user experience.
·  Utilize Monetate to create and manage templates to run A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
·  Oversee AEM content publication and provide clear creation / publication guidelines to site merchandisers.
·  Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality.
·  Support in specifying new features and collaborating with global teams as needed.
·  Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications

·  2 years minimum experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
·  Proficiency in HTML, CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) are a plus. 
·  Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools, specifically Monetate.
·  Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
·  Proficiency in English.
