Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Merchandiser to support the wider E-commerce team in creating the most relevant shopping experience for all Foot Locker customers, through onsite customer journey optimization, as well as ensuring that the product and page strategies are effectively reflected throughout the site.
The Digital Merchandiser works closely with the Buying, Planning, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure optimal product selection, campaigns, and launches.

Responsibilities

·  Digital Assortment:  Understanding eCom product assortment & performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying and Planning regarding key product focus and opportunities. Liaise with Dropship team to create one cohesive online assortment. 
·  Onsite Merchandizing:  Curating and building collection pages, product rankings and merchandizing via our merchandizing tool, working on cross- and up-sell projects (e.g. product recs, bundle deals etc.).
·  Conversion Optimization:  Monitoring category- and product performance, working with cross-functional teams on opportunities. Implement personalization, localization, and segmentation to enhance customer engagement and conversion. 
·  Digital Campaigns:  Align online categories with marketing campaigns, Heat Launch management. 
·  Search & Navigation:  Manage top navigation, include nudging techniques, optimize filters and onsite search experience.  
·  Analysis & Reporting:  Leverage BI analytics to find new opportunities. Analyze data to understand eCommerce and product performance. Make suggestions to improve conversion rates and site engagement. 
Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree.  
·  Minimum of 2-4 years in e-commerce or online retail is preferred; commercial acumen is essential.  
·  Tech savvy, data-driven, with strong web analytics skills (e.g. Power BI; Adobe Analytics; GA4).
·  Strong experience in using CMS and PIM systems; merchandising - and experience optimization tools. 
·  Pro-active, motivated, creative team player, with strong ability to work cross functionally.
·  Able to work as part of a team and coordinate activities with other departments in an engaging way/no silo mentality.  
·  Strong ability to follow through, persistence to add value. 
·  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
·  Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
