Foot Locker Asia Pacific is looking for a results-driven leader todrive the transformation of our paid media,search marketing, affiliate marketing and organic social media activities in Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Brisbane, Australia.  A successful leader in this role will be deeply familiarwith the media landscape and technology across Pacific with experience in brand and performance marketing.The individual will be a change agent, leading exciting transformative projects in their first few months in the company like: - Setting performance media budgets and channel strategy for FY2025; - Leading the offboarding of our incumbent agencies and onboarding our all-new agency; - Partnering with our agency, brand team and vendor partners (like adidas, Nike and New Balance) on compelling upper funnel campaigns; - Partnering with our agency and internal teams on all-new dashboards and reporting routines.  The individual will have two direct managers responsible for Search and media campaigns and our organic social community.  
Responsibilities

·  Lead a roadmap for transformation of the team inclusive of new agency onboarding, technology adoption, elevated data collection and analysis, and ways of operating. 
·  Management of agency relationship and performance and relationships with major platforms. 
·  Journey planning, automation planning and creative/channel optimisation: build optimal full-funnel digital journeys to capture and retain new customers, refine target funnels and optimize creative and channel choices across Australia and New Zealand. 
·  Campaign insights and brand health reporting: leverage a combination of dashboards and agency/platform commissioned research to ensure the business best understands our consumers, the channels, objectives, creative and placements that make them take action and the incremental revenue opportunities we can pursue. 
·  Build and leverage vendor partner relationships to demonstrate media success and grow media opportunities and conduct seasonal and year-long media planning. 
·  Collaborate with the internal brand team on tactical brand campaigns – finessing objectives and creative best practice. 
·  High levels of collaboration with counterparts in Europe and North America across media, Search, affiliates, Martech and more. 
·  Accelerate growth through customer widening, diversification and media optimisation. 
·  Elevate the customer experience by leveraging local social and media channel opportunities and learnings. 
·  Drive productivity through efficient agency management, smooth brief intake, routine insight generation and ROI improvements. 
·  Lead our cross-channel attribution strategy and gradual progression away from last-click attribution. 
·  Leverage the power of our people by bringing the business along on our journey towards improved automation, full-funnel marketing, performance tactics and local customer behaviour and media consumption insights. 
·  Lead strategies for utilising first-party data within advertising and growing CRM audience through paid initiatives. 
Qualifications

·  Deep media & publisher knowledge. 
·  Leadership experience. 
·  Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets. 
·  Experience in change management. 
·  Previous hands-on experience in key digital platforms including Google Ads, DV360, SA360 and social platform ad management platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest) and understanding of their latest products (PMAX, DemandGen, Advantage Shopping etc) 
·  Data-driven: able to analyse and optimize campaign performance. 
·  Strong communicator able to translate complex concepts to wider audiences and pitch for investment opportunities. 
·  Strong technical skillset including experience with feed management tools, CDPs and automation tools. 
·  Experience introducing new technologies to teams. 
·  Ability to translate business goals into actionable digital media strategy and meet KPIs. 
·  Experience in overseeing a social media manager, content strategy and audience engagement strategy is preferred or a demonstrated passion for organic social.
