Foot Locker, Inc. is searching for a Digital Insights Analyst to join their eCommerce team. This is a stand-alone role working closely with the Senior Digital Insights Manager, other insights analysts, and various eCommerce global teams to convey the current performance of our digital business and identify future strategic opportunities and track top customer performance.With your passion for data analysis, you will assist lead Foot Locker’s Digital Insights team to deepen their understanding of our stores experience providing actionable insights to improve global conversion, as well as provide understanding of our Asia Pacific (APAC) digital performance to internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, this person will need the ability communicate technical analysis with non-technical business users. These insights will be used to identify areas of opportunity within the customer journey.
Responsibilities
· Reporting and Analysis
Monitor, analyze, and communicate insights, track customer and financial impact on all major incidents that occur on our websites, as well as track production deployments and digital interruptions. Support digital production releases by monitoring trends and customer feedback.
· Evolution of Digital Intelligence
Assist in building and maintaining a backlog of top digital detractors, measuring impact to revenue and customer experience, as well as performance metrics and baselines for various projects across the Digital team.
· Communication
Partner with eCommerce teams to enhance reporting and performance measurement, and conduct detailed analysis, effectively communicating technical topics with non-technical team members.
By building strong and impactful cross-functional relationships both locally and internationally, deliver sensibly curated insights that decision-makers care about for prioritisation purposes, strategic projects, and presentations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, business, or marketing (Masters, highly desirable)
· Minimum two (2) years’ experience with business and digital analytics
· Experience working with either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and Power BI
· Must have the ability to combine various data sources to tell a cohesive story
· Desire to solve complex problems using analytical skills
· Ability to consolidate and package results and insights into well-organized, consumable presentations with actionable recommendations and strategies
· A proactive and self-motivated individual embodying curiosity and an appetite to improve our customer experience
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams, departments, locations, and organisations.
