Working Student (m/f) IT (1st Level Support)

Your Mission

·  Assistance of the 1st and 2nd level support remotely and locally
·  Get to know the Microsoft and IBM tool as well as independent error analysis and error correction
·  Support and monitoring the realization of complex IT projects
·  Documentation of processes and applications

Your Profile

·  You are currently enrolled in an university program
·  Strong interest in technology and systems
·  Good MS Office knowledge
·  Well-developed communication and team-working skills
·  High customer and service orientation
·  Independent and careful way of working
·  Fast comprehension and high willingness to learn
·  Good German and English language skills
