In this position, you will be based in Brussels and report to Alpro and SN project managers. Your mission will be to bring to life ideas and concepts around different products and maybe be responsible for bringing to life Alpro’s  next “hit” product! Concretely you will be working closely with many stakeholders at local but also global level, including the broader IPRO (Innovation Productivity Resources Offices), Marketing, Quality, the factories and the R&I (Resources & Innovation) teams.

As project manager you will, not only support the team to launch products or improve them, you will also support the team in driving towards a healthy and superior portfolio. This is done through the management of product and optimization of the project pipeline. Through these experiences  you will be able to improve your understanding of the business needs and excellence in execution of project management. 

Your mission:

·  Supporting the project management team in their daily tasks eg. including participation in team’s meeting, management and communication to the different stakeholders, participation in EU meetings 
·  Independently carry out innovation/renovation or productivity projects with a cross-functional team
·  Supporting the team with project management tools (such as IPROview)
·  Supporting the team and even take the lead on presentations (monthly cycles meeting in front of the top management)
·  Being the main point of contact with our global peers
·  Supporting material creation in Orsoft, creation of product workflow to support the Planning Department in their work for the launch of innovation products.

About you

·  Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Business administration or a comparable course
·  Be sociable, have strong communication skills and like to work in a team
·  Be proactive, organized and have excellent time management skills that prove an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
·  Be a creative problem solver who gets energy from managing a wide variety of tasks and projects
·  Be a true digital native with a curiosity to discover new things
·  Analytical and process-oriented thinking, ability to understand complex topics
·  Good skills in MS Office
·  Be fluent in English. Any other language (French, Dutch) are assets

If you are not graduated yet , we offer you a fulltime end-of-studies-internship where you get the opportunity to deep dive in your first working experience. You’ll receive an allowance covering for transport and meals.

If you are recently graduated,  we offer an internship, also called BIS/Beroepsinlevingsstage , with a monthly allowance covering for transport and meals.
