About the Job

As Junior Brand Manager, you support all marketing activities related to your brand strategy.You report to a Senior Brand Manager within the Marketing department.

Your key responsibilities withinthis role will bethe following:

·  Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of your brand, based on key performance indicators
·  Drive and execute the brand marketing mix , including traditional and digital media communications
·  Manage agencies and suppliers and secure proper follow-up
·  Carry-out market analyses , and sales monitoring to provide recommendations supported by solid data
·  Participate in brand strategy design (local business annual plan and marketing plan)
·  Pro-actively seek for new opportunities in line with brand strategy
·  You are an active member of a cross-functional team , collaborating with other departments on common projects

About You

You have a relevant master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, and a first experience in marketing . You are fluent in English and French .

Besides, you also need to:

·  Be pro-active & creative, and eager to contribute to the team with your own ideas and opinions,
·  Have strong communication skills with the power to collaborate efficiently with diverse personalities,
·  Have good analytical skills ,

Familiarity with digital and social media will also be highly appreciated for this job.

You are eligible to work under a V.I.E contract (European citizenship excl. Belgian, between 18 and 28 years old when starting your V.I.E.).
