Utility Project Engineer

Job description

Lead the implementation of ongoing and new projects in utility area and building facilities systems by working closely with Project Manager in Engineering, Utility, Maintenance and Production.

- Propose projects and maintenance based on Utility Master Plan
- Implement the projects with internal/external parties involved
- Review Utilities capacity and performance to foster improvement/optimization projects in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Capacity Increase
- Review and revise Utility Master Plan as appropriate
- Be the technical expert in Utilities systems to support operation team

Education background
• Bachelor degree or higher education preferred
• Mechanical or Electrical major preferred

Technical Skills and Experiences required
• Maintenance or engineering experience of utility equipment such as boiler, chiller, power generator/transformer, waste water treatment, HVAC.
• Qualified in energy management, high pressure gas, boiler etc. (Nice to have)
• English level to read/write (English speaker/intermediate nice to have)
• Japanese language to communicate with utility operators and external contractors (read/write is nice to have)
